Illary Di Giorno, originally from Scalea, moves to Florence in 2010 to study in the Capital of Art.
Here, in 2014, she approaches the world of Swing by starting a Lindy Hop training course at the Lindy Hop In Florence school.
She discovers a passion for dance and for Swing Era and she takes Jazz classes that will allow her to perfect and enrich also the couple dance.
She starts going to Swing Festivals seeing them as an opportunity to get inspiration from the professional dancers as well as to have fun.
In 2018 she decides to invest more time in this project becoming an active part of the Lindy Hop In Florence Staff.
